Wickflow Support
- How do I contact support?
- Email smartinggoods@gmail.com. Include your iPhone model, iOS version and what you were doing, and we will reply as soon as we can.
- How do I cancel or change my subscription?
- Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Wickflow. In the app, Menu → Wickflow Pro opens the same page. Cancelling stops the next renewal; Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
- I paid but Pro is locked
- Open Menu → Wickflow Pro and tap Restore Purchases, signed in to the same Apple ID that bought the subscription. If it is still locked, email us with the App Store receipt.
- How do I get a refund?
- Apple handles all App Store refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Do I need an account?
- No. Charts, ICT levels and strategies work without one. Signing in is only needed for the liquidity heatmap and absorption zones.
- I forgot my password
- On the sign-in screen, enter your email and tap Forgot password. We email a link to set a new one.
- How do I delete my account?
- In the app, open Menu → Delete Account and confirm with your password. Your account and the data stored with it are erased straight away. If the app says the account is also used for other Smarting Goods services, email us and we will delete it for you. Deleting an account does not cancel an App Store subscription; cancel that in your Apple ID settings.
- Where are my strategies stored?
- On your iPhone only. They are not uploaded, so they are removed if you delete the app.
- Why is the heatmap or an absorption zone missing?
- Both come from our own recordings of the order book and trade tape. They cover the symbols and the period we have recorded, on timeframes from 1m to 4h, and need you to be signed in.
- Is Wickflow financial advice?
- No. Wickflow is an analysis tool. It does not place trades or recommend them. Trading involves a risk of loss, and past results do not predict future ones.
